The commandment of love – according to Luke 10
A teacher of the law wanted to put Jesus to the test. “Master,” he asked, “what must I do to have eternal life?” Jesus replied, “What does the law say? What do you read there? “He answered, “‘You shall LOVE the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your devotion, with all your strength, and with all your mind!’ And, ‘You shall love your fellow man as yourself!'” – “You have answered correctly,” Jesus said. “Do this and you will live.”

The grace that our Lord has shown me has been overwhelming, and it has produced in me a faith and a LOVE that is only possible through Jesus Christ. - 1 Timothy 1:14
God’s LOVE for us – according to 1 John 4

Nothing can separate us from the LOVE of God – according to Romans 8.
What can still separate us from Christ and His love? Need? Fear? Persecution? Hunger? Deprivation? Danger to life? The sword of the executioner?
Yes, I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor ‘invisible’ powers, neither the present nor the future, nor ‘God-hostile’ forces, neither high nor low, nor anything else in all creation can ever separate us from the love of God that is given to us in Jesus Christ our Lord.
